Founding Partnership · Confidential Information Material
Welcome to the Astorga Foundation's private portal for board members and founding partners. This is where ongoing updates on the foundation's establishment, governance and first initiatives are gathered.
01 — Ongoing Reporting
Ongoing information about the foundation's establishment and development, in reverse chronological order. As a founding partner, you see the same picture as the board.
02 — The Founding Commitment
The Astorga Foundation is being established as a long-term Nordic foundation for preventive health, women's health and peace through health. Its purpose is to build an institution capable of operating across generations through research, partnerships, knowledge development and strategic initiatives for better health and societal development.
We are inviting a limited circle of founding partners to take part in establishing the foundation's first capital base and long-term institutional structure.
Founding capital commitment
SEK 200,000
The capital corresponds to the foundation's purpose: 85% is earmarked for the first project — HPV prevention within the women's health pillar — and 15% secures the foundation's continuity and development. The capital is not spent immediately, but according to an agreed project plan over time.
I

II
Help strengthen research, care and knowledge development in women's health, with particular focus on areas where historical knowledge gaps still affect women's health and living conditions. The pillar spans several sub-areas; the work begins within HPV.
First project: HPV prevention
III
Support initiatives where health, medical collaboration and knowledge exchange contribute to greater trust, human dignity and long-term stability between people and societies.

04 — Capital Allocation
The founding capital corresponds to the foundation's purpose and is allocated 85/15: the majority is earmarked for the foundation's first project — HPV prevention within the women's health pillar — and 15% secures the foundation's continuity and development, so that the institution endures and grows beyond the individual project. Forming the foundation costs next to nothing in itself: the foundation charter and governing documents are already prepared, and the county administrative board's fees are low. Future projects within the foundation's three pillars are financed separately, in dialogue with each partner.
